I am writing to express my gratitude for your recent grant. It has made an incredible amount of difference to me and has really kick started my Eventing career.
I run a business with my mum, where we break in, school, train and compete all types of horses for a variety of people. As well as this, I run a cake business on the side, making novelty cakes, which enables me to finance my Eventing. It is a lot of hard work and takes a lot of time.
The grant, that I received from the GCLT, has helped me hugely by funding my training with GB team trainer, Chris Bartle. This extra training, which I would not have normally been able to afford, has allowed me to achieve my goals this season of qualifying and entering for Thoresby Park CCI-L3*, in October.
I cannot thank you enough for this opportunity, and just wanted to let you know how much it has helped me on my journey.
